1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to everyone who visits jeevanshaktiherbs.in, places an order, or contacts us. By using the site, you agree to it.

• Order and payment details: what you ordered, the amount, and the payment mode — plus the UPI transaction ID (UTR) if you enter one.
• Technical information: browser type, device, IP address and which pages you viewed, used only to improve the site.

3. What we do NOT collect

• Your UPI PIN, card number, CVV or net-banking password — these never reach us. Payment happens inside your own UPI or bank app.
• Your device's contact list, photos or location.
• Your health reports or medical records.

4. How we use your data

• To process, pack and deliver your order.
• To send order status, tracking and delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp or email.
• To provide customer support and answer your questions.
• To send offers and updates — only if you have subscribed.
• To prevent fraud and meet our legal obligations.

We never sell, rent or trade your data. We share it only with the following, and only as much as is necessary:

• Courier partners — your name, address and phone number, to deliver the parcel.

The site uses cookies and browser storage to remember your cart and for basic analytics. You can turn cookies off in your browser settings, but the cart will not work properly if you do.

7. How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax requirements demand. Marketing data is kept until you unsubscribe.

The site runs on HTTPS and order data is held with restricted access. Even so, no online system is completely secure, so never share your password or OTP with anyone — our team will never ask you for an OTP, UPI PIN or card details.

This site and its products are not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

We may update this policy when needed. Any new version is published on this page along with its "Last updated" date.
